I have been working with clients for over 15 years serving adult individuals and couples. My approach is eclectic but I utilize CBT, Solution Focused, am influenced by Satir, and have some Gottman training. For adult individuals I specialize in depression, anxiety, bereavement, and most life transitions. For couples I work on communication skills and creating healthy boundaries.
