Providing help to those in need has been my passion since a young child. My experience and expertise include working with children, adolescents, teens and young adults. I believe this is a critical time in life to help build and prepare for a successful, balanced and happy future. Learning proper coping skills, understanding our strengths and weaknesses, focusing on over all health and wellness and understanding how are mind, thoughts and feelings interact are areas of focus in therapy.
