I'm part of a dynamic practice of dedicated and skilled therapists offering specialized individual, couples, family and child therapy. We offer a unique Concierge Billing Service in which we file out-of-network claims, on clients' behalf, to expedite their reimbursement.

I specialize in working with adults with a history of childhood trauma, highly sensitive people (HSP), empaths, creatives and mental health/healing professionals (I love working with other therapists and healers).

I primarily integrate DBT with a trauma-informed Psychodynamic & Attachment-based approach. Right now I'm only offering tele-therapy, but we have some clinicians at our practice providing in-person therapy as well. Feel free to reach out to me if you'd like more information!
