Description (2950 characters max)
It takes immense strength to face the emotional weight of grief, past trauma, or the daily pressure of anxiety. You don't have to carry this alone. I specialize in helping individuals process and heal from these experiences. Through our work, my goal is to transform that heavy, reactive feeling into clarity and strength. I help with building a bridge to self compassion, so that when you make a mistake your first reaction is curiosity, not a spiral of self-criticism.

What I offer is a grounded, collaborative path to reclaim your peace, navigate your loss with compassion, and build a future free from the shadow of the past.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and shift the anxious or negative thought patterns, giving you practical, immediate tools. For deeper wounds, I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a proven approach that helps the brain naturally process traumatic memories, allowing you to move past the pain without reliving it.

As a first generation Mexican-American, I am sensitive to diverse cultural values, unique identities, and perspectives. I value an authentic connection and a little bit of humor in the therapeutic relationship. Taking this first step takes courage and I would be honored to walk alongside you.
