I provide psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families in a warm, collaborative, and culturally sensitive environment. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and understood as they explore personal challenges and work toward meaningful change.
In my practice, I support clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, and life transitions. I work with individuals seeking greater self-understanding, couples who want to strengthen communication and connection, and families navigating complex relational dynamics.
I have a particular interest in working with multicultural families and immigrants. Cultural identity, migration experiences, and intergenerational differences can deeply influence relationships, expectations, and personal well-being. I strive to approach these experiences with sensitivity and respect, helping clients integrate different aspects of their identity while developing resilience and emotional balance.
My therapeutic style is compassionate, thoughtful, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when clients feel genuinely supported while also being encouraged to reflect, grow, and develop new ways of relating to themselves and others. Together, we work to better understand patterns, regulate emotions, and build healthier relationships.
I view therapy as a process that honors each person’s unique story and strengths. My intention is to help clients develop greater clarity, self-compassion, and the ability to navigate life’s challenges with increased confidence and resilience.
